What healthcare areas does Videra Health have experience in?

How does the Videra Health app work?
Can Videra Health share results of a visit with my provider?
We only share your results with the provider who enrolled you and is integrated with Videra Health.
Can I opt-out? How do I delete my account from Videra Health?
While sharing your data with your participating providers on our network is encouraged, if you prefer, you can choose not to share your data.
To revoke your data from your healthcare provider please email support@viderahealth.com and include the session code you were sent. If you remove your data, your healthcare provider will no longer be able to use Videra Health to:
- View basic information about you, such as your name and contact information
- Review recordings you have submitted, or answers to questions you’ve provided
- Assign you new assessments to track your progress
Though we try to process all requests quickly, this process can take 5-7 business days to take effect.
Is Videra Health 100% video-based?
No, Videra Health is multimodal and supports video, text and audio, streamlining your access to care and enabling you to engage with your care team at your convenience.
Who am I sharing my health history data with?
Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. Our platform is HIPAA compliant and your health history data is shared only with your participating care team. We do not share this information with your employer.
Can Videra Health handle emergency situations?
You should not use Videra Health if you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency. In the event of a medical emergency, please call 911. And in the event you are having a mental health emergency, please call 988.
